I have come to your facility for many years and am always pleased at the reception I am given the moment I register. Carolyn always has a pleasant manner when scheduling my appointment. I received my mammogram from Lydia and she always makes me feel relaxed during the procedure. She is so pleasant and friendly. That was followed by an ultrasound where I was received with sensitivity by everyone I encountered. Dr Zaretsky saw me at the end with my results. She took her time and was most gracious despite her busy schedule. Thank you representing such a reputable imaging center Ms. Rady. I actually enjoyed my procedures.

Tom the technician was a godsend. I am claustrophobic and couldn’t have gotten through the MRI without his patience and sense of humor. Thank you Tom!

I want to compliment you all. My husband and I have been coming to your facility for a long time and every single person there is awesome. Being sick is not fun but you make us feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone is so kind. It’s close to Thanksgiving and we’re thankful that we have you guys.

It’s nice to see a medical facility that is run really well.  It must be a good place to work as all employees are kind and seem happy.

I was on my way to Radiology Associates and found myself stuck in traffic and late for my appointment. This along with my pending exam caused me a great deal of anxiety.  On my arrival the entire staff could not have been nicer. They registered me quickly and took me right back for my test.  Everyone was so understanding and helpful that I made a point of stopping into the office to let management know what a wonderful staff they have.

Recently I needed to schedule an appointment for my daughter who was to return to college in just days. Peggy sensed my anxiety over the phone that evening and got my daughter an appointment for the next morning. Her compassion and understanding of our needs were  greatly appreciated. My daughter had her exam and was able to return on time.

I want to thank everyone at Radiology Associates for their professionalism and compassion. They made me feel very safe during my biopsy.

I’ve been a patient at Radiology Associates of Ridgewood for the last 15 years. The reason I keep coming back is the kindness and compassion of your staff. The two young women who helped with my MRI showed such heart that I wanted to be sure they were recognized. I was in terrible pain and mentioned to them that I’d hurt my leg dancing to Barry Manilow. Well, without being asked to they played Barry Manilow during my exam to help me relax. I can’t tell you have touched I was by the level of their compassion. I’ve relocated and am now farther from your facility than I was but I continue to come back to Radiology Associates of Ridgewood.

Tina, I can’t thank you enough for the steps you took to try to get me in for the scan that would enable me to have surgery and be cancer-free for Christmas… The compassion and kindness you showed me will not be forgotten… thank you!

I’m a physician. I’ve been to Radiology Associates of Ridgewood many times as a patient and have had outstanding service every time.

Everything from the phone call, to the reception personnel, to the procedure, was unbelievably flawless. It was so streamlined that there’s nothing I can think of to add. Great job.

I’ve had 2 or 3 experiences with Radiology Associates and everyone that I’ve encountered, from the first visit through today, from scheduling to techs to medical records, has been outstanding. It’s a pleasure to deal with a private imaging facility rather than a hospital system. Credit to everyone there!

I was very impressed with Mia, who signed me in on 9/27/22, with her professionalism and assistance for my scheduled ultrasound. Mia also explained the current procedure in obtaining copies of my reports and my next steps in obtaining copies. I also want to mention that I have always received excellent service by all at Radiology Associates of Ridgewood, especially during COVID. Thanks in advance for future services.

Just a note of praise for Jackie when I called to reschedule an appointment. Normally I would not write in, but she couldn’t have been nicer and more professional and was a pleasure to interact with. In this day and age of rushing to get off the phone and everyone being overworked, she was a ray of sunshine. Thank you, Jackie, for being so pleasurable and making scheduling a breeze. She is a star.

I was very impressed with my first visit to this site. Would absolutely recommend to others and already did so. Thank you to all the staff that interacted with me and made this a very pleasant and professional experience.

I had a lot going on medically, and after my exam was feeling overwhelmed and not well. I was very pale and a bit dizzy, and Jacque approached me, remembered my name, asked if I was ok, and insisted I stay and sit for a bit. Jacque got me some water and a nurse to check on me. Jacque also got one of my family members from the parking lot to sit with me. She took the time to sit and listen. She ensured I was feeling okay when I was leaving. I was so touched by Jacque’s kindness. I wasn’t sure that people like her still existed- she’s restored my faith in humankind.

Recently my elderly mother was ill and needed a test at your facility. There were a lot of factors involved in the coordination of scheduling, timing and fulfillment of the test that could not have happened without Veronica. Veronica was compassionate and caring when speaking with me on the phone. Her positive attitude reassured me when I needed it most. I would like to thank Veronica for going above and beyond for my mom. She is a great asset to your team and I feel so fortunate that she was available to help us.

I just want to let you know about my recent visits. I went in for a yearly mammo on Thursday 7/14/22. Of-course the people who work there were all comforting and amazing. I got a call back from Carolyn, which is always scary. She had the patience and genuine concern to talk to me twice and try to calm my nerves. The techs on Tuesday 7/19/22 were also incredible! Carolyn then called me back the next day to check in. Thank goodness all was ok. This is why I have been a patient there for so many years. Your staff always goes above and beyond, including the people who greet you when you arrive. Carolyn and the techs are all incredible people. I also had a bone density on Monday 7/18/22 and that was great as well.

I had just gone for a mammogram and an ultrasound. This was my first time and I couldn’t say enough good things. It was a calm environment and the technicians talked me through everything. I had Sharon and Stacy. Both were absolutely amazing and kind. I will definitely return if I need anything else done in the future. Thank you for making me feel so at ease.

I had my MRI with Jim and he made my experience as easy as possible. I was very nervous going in to the appointment, and he assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He was very patient, comforting, and caring! I appreciate that he took the time to calm me down and make me as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend coming here and doing your MRI with Jim if you can!

I have used Radiology Associates several times. They are friendly, do not overschedule so wait times are minimal, all technicians are very professional, take the time to answer your questions and make sure you’re comfortable. Highly recommend

I am a chiropractor and send all of my patients there for x-rays and MRI’s. Appointments are made quickly. Reports are send to me in a timely fashion , patients bring their study to me on an disc so I can review it with them. Very happy and pleased with the service they provide. When I have a question about a study, the radiologists are great in providing me answers to my questions. This is why I send my patients there for radiology services.

Today’s MRI appointment went wonderfully. Everyone from front desk reception, to RN and of course Kathy my Tech a true Angel. A Brain MRI can be frightening. But with All of these Professional Ladies, I truly felt comfortable. Thank you. 🙏

Went today for a head mri and everything went smoothly from calling to let them know I was there, check in as well as the actual experience. The facility was empty, its clean and I was given a locker and a key for my belongings. I was more scared than I thought I would be but the tech was great and comforted me by reassuring me he was right there if I freaked out or needed anything. I’m glad my doc suggested going there and I would most definitely refer this location to anyone needing an mri

I had an issue with my report and was a nervous wreck but Miah resolved my issue and was so wonderful with her sense of humor. She was personable, professional- in a really warm and nice way, and made my day so much better! She really put the icing on my cake today!

Sindy was stellar! She has a great personality and kept me cool, calm and collected.

Radiology Associates of Ridgewood is the most professional, courteous staff and facility I’ve ever been to. I had to have four tests in the last few weeks and was very nervous, but every person I encountered during the whole process was simply amazing. The CT and MRI techs were incredibly compassionate, comforting and explained things well. I would be remiss if I didn’t take the time to acknowledge the exceptional staff and experience at RAR.

The precert team have become my new best friends! Poor Denise was the first one to get stuck with me, and she was absolutely wonderful. They worked like such a team- Denise would call me during the day and Liz would follow up with me at the end of the day so I always knew where we stood and that they were on top of it! We were all on the same page. Your staff is so professional, caring and compassionate. They REALLY went above and beyond for me!

Welcoming from the moment I entered the building.
Facility was clean, had a coat rack so more seats were available. Took me on time, the woman giving me the mammogram was friendly and professional.
I went to a different facility for years that was run like a factory. This is much warmer and intimate.
